Personal Experience

Tendai is a vibrant and dynamic lawyer with over a decade of experience in the private sector. She is the Founding Partner of Mberi Tagwirei and Associates and is registered as a Legal Practitioner, Notary Public and Conveyancer with the right of audience in all courts in Zimbabwe.

Over the years, she has developed a special interest in property and family law.

Organizations & Memberships

She is also passionate about women and children’s rights and is involved with quite a number of organisations aligned with such interests such as Women and Law in Southern Africa (WILSA) and the Citizenship Rights Centre (CRC). She is also a member of the Legal Sub-commitee of the Professional Women Executives and Business Women’s Forum (PROWEB). Tendai also works with several NGOs, not only regional but also other international bodies.

International Exposure

Tendai is well-travelled which has given her an appreciation of various cultures and is an added advantage in the discharge of her work.

Tendai is married to Tonderai and has two children.
